Red Legged Prawns (L)

Typically each slice of fillet is about 200g.

Golden Garoupa Fillets

Sourced from Pulau Balai, Karimun (Indonesia); Cut into fillets; Approx 200g each (enough for 2 pax). Photo of 4 pieces fillets, total 800g. 

Balai Threadfin Fillets

These prawns are sourced from Malaysia; cooked and IQF (individually kept frozen) to optimise the freshness and keep each & every prawn "el dente". Just defrost it and it is ready to be served. No need to cook them but just blanch them quickly in hot water if you wish to serve them warm.

Emerald Cooked Prawns (IQF)

Top grade Chinese promfret sourced from Surabaya. M size weighs about 700g (ideal for family gathering of 3-4 pax). L size weighs 1kg (ideal for family gathering of 6-8 pax or more).

Chinese Promfret (Small)

Farmed seawater prawns. M - 31-40 pieces per kg.

Grey Prawns (M)

Wild catch red legged prawns from Malaysia. M - 31-35 pieces per kg. 

Red Legged Prawns (M)

Sourced from Pulau Balai, Karimun (Indonesia). Tua Ban is more flavourful than Batang. Each fish will be cut according to your request. Photos shows each whole fish about 4kg.

Tua Ban (Big)

Airflown from Markasa, Sulawesi (Indonesia). Top grade used in high-end Teochew fish soup.  Each fish will be cut according to your request. Photo shows whole fish about 4kg.

Batang (Big)

Head cut into halves. Each head typically weights 2kg.  Good for steam boat

Red Garoupa (Head)

Ours is the small eyes, white skin variety which is top quality versus the ones you see typically which is bigger eyes, red skin. Photo shows fish 4kg size. Fish will be cut according to your specifications.
